Club Rules

  1. NO alcoholic beverages are permitted to be carried on the premises per Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. NO COOLERS of any kind are permitted on the golf course.
  2. Slow play will not be tolerated. Payment of greens fees is not a license to play at your own pace. Keeping up with the group in front of you is mandatory. Violators may be asked to leave after warning. NO REFUNDS.
  3. Proper golfing attire required. NO tank-tops, muscle shirts, cut-off shirts or cut-off shorts.
  4. Keep riding carts on cart paths. DO NOT GO AROUND ROPES to ride to your ball. Park cart on the path, take necessary clubs, and walk to your ball. All 27 holes have cart paths. On wet days, carts may be RESTRICTED TO CART PATHS ONLY. On days when carts may leave the paths, take a 90 degree path to your ball, then return to the path as soon as possible.
  5. Hand carts NOT permitted on "collar" of greens.
  6. Riding Carts are for two players and eighteen holes ONLY.
  7. Green Fees are for eighteen holes ONLY. Extra nine holes pays half fee.
  8. Players must adhere to U.S.G.A. and local club rules.
  9. Softspikes are required. Metal spikes are not permitted.
  10. NO non-playing children under 12 years of age are permitted to accompany adults on the golf course. We encourage junior golf, and will permit younger children to play along with an adult. Remember, all golfers are expected to keep up with the pace of play. Golfers must have a valid drivers license to operate a riding cart.

Please read and understand these rules before you play here at Limekiln. The rules are enforced for the betterment of both the condition of the course, and the atmosphere of play. If a Limekiln ranger or employee stops you and points out a violation, please do not be offended. We have an obligation to all players on the course, not just your group. Please observe proper golf etiquette, and most of all, have a good round.
